HALL, Mabel "Mudge" (Rodriguez) 81, of Lexington, MA, loving wife of the late Richard William Hall, died peacefully on June 20, 2010 at Mass. General Hospital, Boston, MA, after a courageous battle with Kidney disease. Her family was at her bedside. Mudge was a graduate of Arlington High School, class of 1946, and a graduate of The Chandler Business College, Boston, MA. After graduation, she was employed by Newton, Weston, and Hill Law Firm, 60 State Street, Boston, MA. Mudge married her high school "sweetheart" Dick, on Dec. 11, 1949, and was dedicated to raising their four children. Mudge lived a vibrant life traveling and working at a number of firms throughout the years. She was employed at SAI, R&D Firm, Bedford, MA; Minuteman Newspaper, Lexington, MA; Foster-Miller, Inc., Waltham, MA; and lastly at CNC, Concord, MA, where she retired at age 80. She was an avid member of the Lexington Garden Club and the Greater Boston Knitting Guild. She leaves her son, Richard W. Hall, Jr. of Hong Kong; and her three daughters, Cynthia Hall Sachs and her partner, William J. Carroll of Pomfret Center, CT; Lisa Hall Brown and her husband Mark Brown of Harvard, MA, and Amy Hall Gilman and her husband Peter Gilman of Chelmsford, MA, as well as eight grandchildren. She also leaves her many freinds who have been touched gloriously by her friendship. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday June 24 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-9 PM.
