Obituary

Maggie Babson passed away March 5th, 2026  after a long and courageous battle with Cystic Fibrosis. She  was surrounded by the love of family and friends in her final days and is now at peace. Throughout her life, Maggie fought with grace, strength, and a tenacious spirit that inspired everyone who knew her.

Despite the incredible challenges she faced, Maggie achieved so much in her short life. Refusing to let her illness define her, she became a licensed cosmetologist and worked in several salons while living in New Hampshire. She received her undergraduate degree with highest honors from Southern New Hampshire University and was pursuing her graduate degree at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Maggie founded her own consulting company, MKB by Design, where she helped clients with social media marketing and graphic design. A passionate programmer, she was also designing an app to expand access to AI for everyday users.

Maggie was a talented artist and creative soul who brought color and sparkle to everything she touched. She had a special way of making those around her feel loved and valued and always saw the good in everyone.

Above all, Maggie's greatest joy was finding true love and a life partner in her beloved husband, Adrian.

Maggie is survived by her husband, Adrian; her loving parents, Ossie and Aly Babson; her sisters, Carrie and Eliza; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who cherished her deeply.

Thank you for your support, love, and prayers, and for walking beside Maggie throughout her journey. We are especially grateful to the extraordinary doctors, nurses, and entire medical teams at Boston Children's Hospital and Mass General Brigham for their dedicated and compassionate care.

We invite you to join us in honoring her beautiful life.
