Margaret Helen Burke of Lexington, MA, wife of the late Edward J Burke Jr, died peacefully on February 11, 2025, surrounded by family.  She was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Margaret (Barnicle) Buckley, her sister and brother-in-law Beverly and Dale Elliott, her brother-in-law Daniel Burke, and her beloved niece Jessica Buckley Shepherd.

She is survived by her two loving children, Jennifer Muccioli and her husband Alfred of Nashua, NH, and Michael Burke and his wife Kimberly of Marlborough, MA and her step granddaughter Krystal (Muccioli) Krahling and husband Matt.  She is also survived by her beloved brother Edward Buckley and his wife Diane, of Londonderry, NH and her sister-in-law Janice Burke of Natick, MA. She was the proud Aunt of Laura and Danielle, as well as her great-niece and great-nephews.

Following High School, Helen, as she preferred to be called, worked as a secretary in Somerville where she met the love of her life, Ed.  They made their home in Lexington in the early 70s and lived there the rest of their lives.  Helen was a stay-at-home mom until her children were settled in school and after a few receptionist jobs, found her work home in the office of Lexington-Waltham Dermatology where she met many wonderful friends.  She worked there until her retirement.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held St. Brigid Church, 1984 Mass. Ave., Lexington Saturday February 22 at 10:30 AM. Visitation at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., Lexington immediately prior to the Mass from 9am to 10:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.  Interment at Westview Cemetery in Lexington.
