McDonough, Margaret S. (Youngerman) of Lexington, June 17, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Thomas A. McDonough. Loving mother of Shannon McDonough and Christopher Budds of Waltham, Patrick McDonough and his wife Dawn of Westford, and Gavin McDonough and his wife Nicole of Tewksbury. Devoted sister of Marilu Mazzotta and her husband Laurence of Novato, CA, and Kathleen Sechowski and her husband William of South Bend, Indiana.  Adoring grandmother of Thomas, Ryan, Connor, Logan, and Shea, and proud aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was an avid reader and greatly enjoyed travel, but more than anything else, Peggy loved spending time with her friends and family.  Her upbeat personality and one-of-a-kind laugh will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

Visiting hours at Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd, Lexington on Sunday, June 23 from 3pm to 6pm.  Funeral from Douglass Funeral Home on Monday June 24 at 10am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 11am. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
