Griffin, Maria P. (Perrotta) of Lexington and Quechee VT, July 6, 2017.  Passed away unexpectedly while vacationing in Alaska. Beloved wife of Daniel J Griffin Jr. Loving mother of Laura K. of Burlington, Matthew D. of Lexington, and Brian P. of Long Island City, NY.  Dear sister of Theresa P. Colley and her husband Robert of East Meadow, NY, and Stephen Perrotta and his wife Denice of Mahopac, NY.  Sister-in-law of Marianne and her husband Victor Devine of Sandwich, and Robert Griffin and his fiancée Kathy Wuttke of Cohasset.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many friends. A member of Weston Golf Club and Quechee Club, VT.  Maria enjoyed golfing, reading and playing Mahjong.  She was also a volunteer at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and was a very active parishioner at Sacred Heart Church.  Maria will be dearly missed by her husband, children, family, and many friends.  Visiting hours will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 21 Follen Rd. Lexington on Friday, July 14, from 3-8 pm.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.   A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church on Saturday, July 15 at 10 am.  At the family's request, please omit flowers, and send donations in her memory to Sacred Heart Church, 2001 Mass Ave. Lexington MA 02421.  Interment will be private.
