Henderson, Mary R. (Aurelia) of Lexington, passed away peacefully at home on September 14, 2021, age 99. Wife of the late George C. Henderson. They were deeply devoted to each other. Mary was a bookkeeper until leaving to raise a loving family that always came first. A devoted mother and homemaker, she loved cooking, baking, crocheting, and reading. She volunteered at the American Red Cross in Lexington, enjoyed bowling and was Treasurer for the Minuteman Rollers Bowling League in Lexington for several years. Mary is survived by her children, Carolyn Henderson, Ronald Henderson and his wife Lisa, granddaughters Sarah and Jessica Henderson, sisters Evelyn Filosi and Dorothy Morine, was predeceased by siblings Joseph Aurelia, Gloria Capano, and Helen Bucca, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Tuesday September 21 ^st at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours are Monday from 4pm to 7pm. Donations in her memory may be made the  American Heart Association. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
