Goddard, Michelle J. of Venice, FL and Rockport, MA, formerly of Lexington, MA passed away on October 12, 2023. Beloved wife of Patrick W. Goddard. Loving mother of Megan Goddard of Somerville and Michael Goddard and his wife Mary of Andover. Devoted sister of William Holmes and his wife Suzi of Waltham, Cheryl Holmes of Goochland, VA, Stephen Holmes of Waltham, and Kevin Holmes and his wife Becky of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Michelle retired from Liberty Mutual in 2019 from her role as a Comptroller. She loved to travel the world, relax at the beach and attend Red Sox and Patriots games with family. She enjoyed meeting with her Lexington book club even after moving away from town. Over the past decade, she became a "Swiftie," going to concerts with her daughter.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, October 17th  at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 4pm to 7pm and a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, October 18th at St. Brigid Church, 1984 Mass. Ave.  Lexington at 10am. Followed by interment at St. Patrick Cemetery, 999 Belmont St ,Watertown. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Liver Foundation.
