Aunt of Patty, Maureen, and John Mulkern, Jack Cotter, Nancy Samaria, Barbara Mussulo, and John Jr., Joseph, Maria, and Clare Cotter. Monica is also survived by many great nieces and great nephews. Retired Teacher, Arlington Public Schools; Emmanuel College, BA; Boston State College, Masters of Ed.; devoted friend of the Poor Clare Nuns. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Monday Jan. 18 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at Sacred Heart Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 3-7 PM.
