Olga L. (Carbonaro) Severino, age 94 of Winchester, MA and Sarasota, FL died Friday, November 24, 2023. She was the wife of the late John C. Severino.

Born in Malden, MA, a daughter of the late John and Lavinia (Renaldi) Carbonaro and sister of the late Mary E. "Mae" Santoro.

After graduating from Malden High School, Olga went to work in Boston at Gilchrist's as a member of their collections department. She then enjoyed working at Winchester TV and Music, as well as Craddock's Apothecary in downtown Winchester for many years. A proud Italian-American, Olga was a longtime member of the Sons of Italy Women's Lodge.

She is survived by one daughter, Donna M. DiRe and her husband Paul of Salem, NH and one son, John J. "Jack" Severino and his wife Lyn of Winchester, MA. Beloved grandmother of Krista L. Spadano and her husband Joseph of Westford, MA, and Coryn M. Mulrey and her husband David of Winchester, MA, great-grandmother of Nash, Johnny, Brooks, Lorenzo and Lana, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will take place on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 8:45AM from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Road, Lexington, MA, followed by a funeral Mass at 10AM in St. Mary's Parish, 155 Washington Street, Winchester, MA. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Winchester. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 4-8PM.
