Patricia Marie DeGrazia Petrulavage, of Woburn and Lexington, passed away on December 24, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

She was the cherished daughter of the late Dominic and Angela (Amoruso) DeGrazia.

Dear wife of John Petrulavage of Woburn and devoted mother of Marie Petrulavage and Matthew Petrulavage of East Boston (formerly of Woburn). Beloved sister of Roberta DeGrazia Migliacci and her husband John Migliacci of Lexington, and Maryangela DeGrazia-DiTucci and her husband Frank DiTucci of Lexington, and sister-in-law of Donna Qualters and her husband Mark Dullea of Peabody.

Adored aunt of John Migliacci of Merrimack, NH, Nicola Minichiello of North Grafton, Christina Meuse of Chelmsford, Brett Qualters of Santa Monica, CA, and Meghan Qualters of Revere.

Loving cousin of Michael DeGrazia, Joseph DeGrazia, Lucien Morin II, Linda Kozelsky, and the late Marie Fetzner.

Patricia graduated from The Chandler School of Business and started her career at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Boston, advancing to the role of Executive Secretary to the Vice President before becoming a full time mother.

Throughout her children's elementary school years, she volunteered at St. Mary School in Winchester. Even after her children graduated, Patricia continued to volunteer and held various positions before becoming the full time Director of Tuition and Admissions. Patricia worked for St. Mary's for over 27 years, her magnetic personality drawing in students and faculty who turned into friends.

Patricia was a terrific Italian cook and relished opportunities to host family gatherings, especially at the holidays. She loved being surrounded by her family and a celebration was never without singing and laughing. Many of her recipes will live on in the kitchens of her family.

Her incredible generosity to so many family, friends and beyond is her true legacy, one which will live on in the memories and lives she touched. She will be greatly missed and will forever be remembered in our hearts.

Visiting hours at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Road, Lexington, Friday, January 3 from 4-8 p.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Funeral services from the Douglass Funeral Home, Saturday, January 4 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Church, Winchester at 10 a.m. Interment at Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
