Blair and her husband Robert of Dover, NH and John J. Lynah and his partner Kenneth "Chip" Lowry of Boston. Also survived by her former husband, Lorenzo Tropeano of Lexington and many cousins. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Brigid Church, Lexigton, on Wednesday, December 4th at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Memorial visiting hours will be held at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory may be made to Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston, Kaplan House, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA 01923.
