Stacey of Manchester, NH, Kevin J. Stacey of Salem, NH, Patricia S. Spinazzola and her husband Robert of Westford, and the late Stephen F. Stacey. Sister of Elaine Murphy of South Yarmouth, and the late Jean Caruso-Dowd & Edward Scannell. Pat is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, Tuesday, April 23 at 9 am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10 am.
