Zorn, Patricia, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2016. She died of late complications of treatment of a malignant brain tumor in the mid '70s after a very long period of symptom free survival. Beloved wife of Dr. Joseph Zorn of Lexington, MA and dear mother of David Zorn and his long- time companion, Kerry Kletter of Los Angeles, CA. In addition to a BS in Nursing, she had a BA in Psychology. Originally a surgical intensive care unit nurse, she subsequently had careers as a travel consultant and floral designer. She was a serious artist and avid traveler, sketch book always at hand. She was predeceased by her father, Charles Lajeskie of Clifton, NJ, and her sister, Janet Schmittauer of Sussex, NJ. She leaves her mother, Anne Lajeskie of Clifton, NJ, her brother Stephen Lajeskie and his wife, Julie of Lafayette, NJ, her brother Charles Lajeskie and his wife Deborah of Northfield, NH, her brother-in-law, Robert Schmittauer of Sussex, NJ, as well as many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at noon on Friday, October 15, 2016 at the Chapel at Newton Cemetery, 791 Walnut St. Newton, followed by interment. Visiting hours Saturday, October 16 at the Zorn residence, 20 Village Circle, Lexington from 2-5 and 7-9pm.
