Rommell, Peter C. Jr. of Old Orchard Beach, ME, formerly of Lexington, MA, May 23, 2024.  Beloved son of Mary (Mullahy) Rommell of Lexington and the late Peter C. Rommell Sr.  Loving father of William P. Rommell and his fiancé Jenna Godin of Boston.  Devoted brother of Martin Rommell of Lexington, Clare A. Towle and her husband Ralph of Estero, FL and Old Orchard Beach, ME, and Martha M. Champagne of Shrewsbury.  He is also survived by 4 nieces, Shannon Savage, Ashley Ketteler, Nicole Champagne, and Melissa Champagne, and many great nieces and nephews.

Peter was a wonderful father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.  He enjoyed fishing and boating in Maine, going to the beach, watching movies, and spending time with his family.  Peter loved sports and spent many hours following all of the great Boston teams and was a loyal fan of Notre Dame football.

Peter was a graduate of Arlington Catholic High School and earned a Bachelor of Science from Emmanual College.  He worked hard as a Sales Account Manager in cybersecurity at Thales, where he was regarded as one of the best in the field. Peter left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He lit up every room he walked into with his boisterous laugh, sense of humor and impersonations.  Peter's generous, kind, and genuine personality is something we all admired and will continue to in his memory.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Tuesday June 4 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at Sacred Heart Church, 16 Follen Rd. Lexington at 10am. Visiting hours at the funeral home on Monday from 4pm to 7pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Donations in his memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Private interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco, Maine.
