Keane, Philip Allan. of Burlington, formerly of ( Sun City Center Florida and North Reading Mass    ), April 6, 2024. Philip was born in Somerville Mass on October 25, 1937.   Predeceased by his first wife Patricia (O'Hara) Keane. Beloved Husband of Marylou Keane (Ogonowsky).  Loving father of Alan Keane and his wife Denise of Loveland, OH, and Barbara Place of Holden , Stepdaughter Kimberly Eudenbach and stepson Kris Ogonowsky.   Brother of Paul Keane of Lowell and the late Priscilla Rodewald. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, (Kristen, Gina, Matthew, Angela, Joshua and his wife Mallory, Sarina, Ashley and Amanda)  4 great grandchildren (Myla, Asher, Dylan and Aurora ) and many nieces and nephews.

Phil was an Electrical Engineer at Raytheon and belonged to the Shriners in Wilmington as a member of the Aleppo Oriental band.

A funeral service will be held Saturday April 20 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 10:30am. Visitation immediately prior to the service from 9:30am to 10:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
