Higgins, Rachel (Meserve) of Bedford, January 13, 2021. Rachel, Rae, Ma, Gram, Gigi - she loved life and lived it to its fullest, always. She taught her four children and their spouses, her nine grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren the value of family by her constant, unconditional love and presence in their lives. She gave all to her work as a bookkeeper well into her 80s and to her volunteer work with the Shriners into 2020. She loved her friends and never stopped loving her soulmate, Carlton. She was fiercely independent and accepting of all. She loved popcorn, a glass of Chardonnay, the Red Sox, and the Pats. But more than all of that, she was loved, and always will be. Services will be private.
