Costello, Regina E. (Mullen) of Concord, September 23, 2021. Beloved wife of William Costello. Loving mother of David W. Costello and his wife Julie of Andover. Devoted sister of Christine McLaughlin of Brooklyn Heights, NY. She is also survived by a cherished granddaughter, Katherine Costello, two nieces, Amy and Caitlin McLaughlin, a nephew, Ian McLaughlin and his wife Sylvia, and by a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Joyce and her husband Jack.

Regina was an exceptional wife, mother, and grandmother who will always be remembered for her love and her devotion to her family. She will be greatly missed.

A private family memorial service will be held followed by interment at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Concord. A celebration of her life will also be scheduled at a future date, to be announced.
