Cann, Robert Nelson, of Bedford, formerly of Lexington, October 15, 2016. Husband of the late Elinor (Hubley) Cann. Mother of Judith C. Elwell and her husband Jon of Lancaster, and Robert N. Cann Jr. and his wife Susan of Allenstown, NH. Bob is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, William, Scott, and Stephanie, and by 4 great grandchildren. Graduate of Duke University, class of 1941; Auctioneer for F.B. Hubley Company; Long-time member of the Masonic Lodge of Lexington; Past President of Cambridge Rotary Club; Member of the Board of Trustees for Mt. Auburn Hospital. A Memorial Service will be celebrated Saturday November 5 at Carlton Willard Village, 100 Old Billerica Rd. Bedford at 2 pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
