McGillion, Robert W. died suddenly of a heart attack on Nov. 13 ^th , 2018. Bob is survived by his devoted wife Margaret "Marlie" McGillion (Cooper) of 50 years. Also, his daughter Ruth McGillion of Portland, OR, and his son Michael McGillion and his wife Ines, and grandchildren Paul, Lily, and Augustina of East Dummerston, VT.

Bob received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Buffalo and was employed as an electrical engineer at Kodak, Honeywell, Raytheon and Draper Labs. Bob truly enjoyed being a substitute teacher in the Lexington school system for 20 years at the end of his career.

Calling Hours will be held Tuesday Nov. 20 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington from 4pm to 7pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bob's memory may be made to the Covenant House or to Bridge Over Troubled Waters Inc. Private interment in Sheldrake, NY.
