Father of Joan Zeoli of South Yarmouth, William Corkum and his wife Ann of Concord, Susan Folger and her husband Stephen of Eastham, Robert Corkum and his wife Lynne of Stow, Brian Corkum of Swansea, and the late Diane Spuria, Russell Corkum Jr., and Daniel Corkum. Brother of Doris Harper of CA, and the late Merrill Corkum, Virginia Galbraith, and Gloria Corkum. Cousin of Marjorie Scott of Ontario Canada and Carl Goulden of Nova Scotia Canada. Russell is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Richard, Tracy, Darin, Melissa, Michael, Sarah, Bethany, Lisa and Aimee and by 5 great grandchildren, Dominic, Autumn, Luca, Elizabeth and Cameron, and by many nieces and nephews. Russell attended the U.S. Naval Academy and was a WWII U.S. Navy Veteran; Physicist at Hanscom Air Force Base; Past King Lion of the Lexington Lions Club, and past Grand Knight of the Lexington Knights of Columbus. He was a summer resident of Pleasantville Nova Scotia and winter visitor of Naples Florida. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Saturday Aug. 27 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
