With profound sadness, we sadly say goodbye to a devoted wife, mother, sister, mother-in-law, and friend. Most of all a God-fearing woman. Who left us on August 30, 2026 who died at Winchester Hospital Winchester Ma. At the age of 82 years old. Sara was born and raised on the island of Utila of Honduras(Central America). She was one of the oldest of 12 siblings 7 sisters and four brothers , Alice, Maves, Rodway, who proceeded her in death. As a teenager, she worked at the seafood factory in Utila. She was committed to attending church every Sunday Baptist, Church of God, Pentecost. She was known for her kindness towards everyone later she came to America. She worked as a CNA caregiver housekeeper. After a few years living in America, Sara Met the love of her life, Cleveland Callis Junior. A few years later, they were married, she gave birth to two son Cleveland Callis III & Tony O. Callis. She proceeded her husband in death, her mom, Anna Ramon, her dad, Eddie McCoy, her sister, Mavis Ramon, Alice Ramon, & Anthill Ramon. She left to mourn her two sons Cleveland Callis III & Tony O. Callis, One daughter-in-law, five sisters and three brothers, lots of friends and family, cousins and nieces and nephews rest in peace mom you will forever be in our hearts.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday September 16 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 11am. Visitation immediately prior to the service from 10am to 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment at Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
