AVALLONE, Stacey E. Of Lexington, our miracle, passed away on October 13, 2014 at the age of 25. Stacey, one the youngest recipients of a liver transplant at the time, was courageously waiting her second liver when she passed. Daughter of Peter E. Avallone and Pauline (Snell) Avallone. Granddaughter of Doreen Avallone of Lexington. Sister of Peter Avallone of Medford, Karen Osgood and her husband Dan of Chelmsford, and Valerie Avallone of Lexington. Aunt of Aden Osgood of Chelmsford. Stacey is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, Saturday, Oct. 18 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am.
