Stephen Carcione's Obituary
Carcione, Stephen M. of Woburn, Sept. 16, 2018. Beloved husband of Kathleen A. (Stewart) Carcione. Devoted father of Lisa Carcione of Chelsea and Tina De'Almeida of Revere. Loving stepfather of Maureen O'Brien Cunningham of Key West, FL, Deborah Crowell of Woburn, Michael O'Brien of Bedford, and the late David O'Brien Jr. Brother of the late Philip Carcione. Steve was also the beloved Grandfather and "Papa" to 9 grandchildren. U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Saturday Sept. 22 at 10:30am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 11:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday from 4pm to 8pm. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
