Father of Carolyn Gorczyca and her husband Peter Thurlimann, Marya Gorczyca and her husband Tahar ElKorchi, Thomas Gorczyca and his wife Jade Gao, John Gorczyca and his wife Maria, Anne Gorczyca and her husband Richard Hargreaves, Paul Gorczyca and his wife Thinne Helleskov, and Kathryn Gorczyca. Brother of Elizabeth Meehan. Ted is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces and nephews, his former son-in-law David Chase, and many extended family members. Twenty- year U.S. Air Force Veteran, he served in Korea and Vietnam. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, Tuesday Aug. 30 at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
