Raciti, Theresa M. (Tavaglione) of Woburn, formerly of Lexington, Oct. 24, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Raciti JR. Mother of Susan M. Raciti of Townsend, and Donna J. Rozentals and her husband Alfreds of Northborough. Theresa is also survived by 3 grandchildren, John, Richard, and Robert. A funeral service will be held Friday Oct. 28 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
