Karlberg and her husband Jeffrey of Andover, Christine I. Hussey and her husband Robert of Bedford, and Tara M. Spagnoletti and her husband Nicholas of Madison, NJ. Brother of Lola M. Ippolito of Medford. Also survived by 9 grandchildren.Mr. Ippolito was born May 18, 1922 to Luigi and Theresa Ippolito. He served in the Coast Guard and Navy. While attending Tufts University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degrees, he worked for The City of Medford, ultimately serving as Treasurer/Collector. He continued his career at Lincoln Labs and then the Mitre Corporation located in Bedford, MA. Mr. Ippolito then became a self employed entrepreneur, developing Emerson Gardens in Lexington, MA and founding Traveler's World Incorporated. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Saturday Dec. 19 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at Sacred Heart Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting Hours Friday 4-7 PM.
