PAELLA, Vincent Of Lexington, passed away April 28, 2013 after a short illness. Son of Jeanne E. Paella (McCoy) of Lexington and the late Natalo A. Paella. Nephew of Roy and Dorothy McCoy of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Vincent is also survived by many cousins and close friends. A celebration of his life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
