Brother of Carol Moffatt of Chesterfield, MO, Robert Vinson of St. Louis, MO, Nancy Hart of Lyons, NY, and Richard Vinson of Kansas City, MO. Wayne is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Loved Art and Nature, but above all loved being a Father. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, Sept. 15 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON at 11am.
