Bill is survived by his significant other, Pamela Schweppe, and was the former husband of Kathryn Grace. Father of Brianne Carpenter and her husband David of Williamsport, PA, and Siobhan Grace of Lowell, MA. Brother of Kevin Grace, Mary Starro, Patricia Grace, and Margaret Green, all of New York. Bill is also survived by a grandson, Brendan Carpenter, and by many nieces and nephews. Federal Probation Officer and Teacher. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Tuesday April 19 followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday from 5pm to 8pm.
