MacDonald, William R. Jr. of Lexington, October 21, 2023. Beloved son of the late William R. MacDonald and Angeline (Cayon) MacDonald. Devoted brother of Anne "Cay" MacDonald of Lexington.

Billy was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Lexington Elks. He graduated from ITT Tech and worked in the automotive field. He also worked for some years at Jordan's Furniture and volunteered at the Bedford V.A. Hospital.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd. Lexington Thursday October 26 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10am. Visiting hours Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
