Schaffner-Boivin and her husband Daniel of Ware. Brother of the late Blair Schaffner and Velma Schaffner. Bill is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and by many nieces and nephews. Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Air Force, WWII, Korea, Vietnam. Former Regional Director of the New England U.S.O. Visiting hours will be held Monday Feb. 2 at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, from 4pm to 8pm.
