GRAVALLESE, Yolanda A. (Zonghetti) 93, passed away on November 27, 2018 at Care Dimensions in Lincoln surrounded by her loving family. A devoted mother and wife to Alfred E. Gravallese until his death in 2004 after 54 years of marriage. Proud mother to her children Mary Johansson and her husband John of Waltham, John Gravallese and his wife Lisa of Lexington and the late Alfred Gravallese Jr. and his partner Betti Anne Sahatjian. Loving grandmother to grandchildren Kristen, Elizabeth, Amy, David, Lusha, Carly, and Matthew. Great grandmother to Emma, Ella, Sadie, Liam, Graham, Reid, Connor, and Luca. Daughter of the late Valiano and Regina Zonghetti. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters; Mary Incatasciato, Amelia D'Ercole, Angelo Zonghetti, Stella Zonghetti and John Zonghetti. Originally from Somerville, a long time resident of Lexington, Yolanda was a full time homemaker. Alfred and Yolanda built their Lexington home over a 5 year span from the ground up, quite an accomplishment from the time and such a proud moment when they moved in one week before their first born son arrived. Anyone who knew mom, knew how devoted she was to family and the love of cooking. In her later years, Al & Yola spent their winters in Ft. Lauderdale and traveled extensively for the next 20 years. She will be forever missed by her family. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, on Friday, November 30 at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
